This year the theme for Chelsea is "Diamonds are Forever" and the finalists have to create a chandelier to be "hung at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee dinner". At least two thirds of the finished design must be fresh flowers and/or plant material which must be visually dominant. The chandelier must be between 1.5m and 2m tall and between 0.5m and 1m wide.
